Home Improvement Services:
  • Carpentry Work (repairs, furniture fittings, custom fixtures)

  • Plumbing Services (leak fixing, bathroom/kitchen fittings)

  • False Ceiling Installation

  • Home Painting (interior & exterior)

  • Flooring Services (tiles, vinyl, wood, marble)

  • Glass Work (partitions, windows, doors, decorative glass)

All services are provided by trained professionals and handled with proper care, safety, and quality assurance.

2. Booking & Order Placement

  • Services can be booked online via www.woodpeckey.com, WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly.

  • Customers must provide valid contact details and address.

  • For custom service packages, site visits or estimates may be arranged before confirmation.

At least 40%โ€“50% advance payment is required to begin service work.

3. Service Scheduling

  • Services are scheduled based on customer availability and project scope.

  • We aim to start work within 3โ€“5 working days after confirmation.

  • In case of larger projects, timelines will be communicated clearly during consultation.

4. On-Site Protocol

  • Our team will arrive with proper tools, uniforms, and ID verification.

  • Customers are expected to ensure safe access to the site.

  • An adult should be present during service delivery or project walkthrough.

5. Service Completion & Warranty

  • All services will be checked for quality and customer approval after completion.

  • Minor repairs or adjustments (if required) must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Certain services (e.g., carpentry or glass work) may carry a limited-time service warranty, which will be communicated per case.

6. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

For Product Orders:
  • Return within 3โ€“5 days if faulty or not as described.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

For Services:
  • Service cancellations within:

    • 24 hours: 25% deduction

    • 24โ€“48 hours: 70% deduction

After 48 hours or once work has started: No refund

7. Payments

  • Accepted payment methods: Debit/Credit Card, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer.

  • Full payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds (if any) will be issued to the original payment source within 15 business days.

8. Safety & Liability

  • We follow all safety protocols during service delivery.

  • Woodpeckey is not responsible for pre-existing damages or structural issues.

  • Liability is limited to the value of services or items purchased.
