To place an order, a valid email address and phone number must be provided.
Your order will be considered a purchase offer. A contract is only formed upon product dispatch.
You will receive an email with a summary of your order, total cost, and invoice.
Order acceptance only occurs upon dispatch. Woodpeckey reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at any time.
We accept payments via Debit/Credit Cards, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and other online methods, etc.
If we are unable to process your order, a full refund will be issued within 15 days.
All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
“Free delivery is available in Karachi only for orders above PKR 10,000.”
If there is a pricing error, you will be notified and can choose to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
We aim to deliver orders within 14 days, and no later than 20 days unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery delays due to weather or traffic are beyond our control.
Customers must ensure safe access to the delivery location.
An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
Please inspect all items upon delivery and report any missing or damaged items immediately.
Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced or refunded free of cost.
Items may be returned within 3–5 days if found faulty or not as described.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to reject returns of used or damaged items.
Cancellation Charges:
Valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.
Remaining balance is non-transferable.
Lost or stolen cards are not the responsibility of Woodpeckey.
At least 40% to 50% advance payment is required for order processing.
Installment plans are not available.
Reviews help customers make informed choices.
By submitting a review, you grant Woodpeckey permission to use it in any format.
We reserve the right to edit or remove reviews containing inappropriate content, personal information, or false claims.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed business opportunities.
We do not limit liability in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud.
